General

The "WINTER 2009" SENS TICKET GIVEAWAY will begin on DEC 14th, 2009 at 12:00:01 am EST and will end on FEB 28TH 2010, at 11:59:59 pm EST (the "SENS TICKET GIVEAWAY Closing Date").

Before entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant must review and agree to the Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations as set out below. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to the Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, and accept the decisions of the draw and final winner will be binding in all respects.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada who are over the age of 19 in the province or territory in which they reside at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, shareholders, officers and directors and the advertising or promotional agencies of the City Booze Delivery are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is void outside the jurisdictions listed above and where prohibited by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents, to the extent permitted by law, to the use of his or her name, image, voice, likeness, city of residence and/or photographs without compensation in any publicity or advertising carried out in any medium worldwide by City Booze Delivery and/or its advertising or promotional agencies without limitation or further notification or compensation.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. All eligible entries (fans) will be entered in a random draw. The Sweepstakes can be entered by the following method:

Only Fans of the "City Booze Delivery" face book page on the date and time of each draw will be considered entries.

City Booze is not responsible for entries or registration information (profiles) that are incomplete, illegible, inaudible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Sweepstakes Rules and all such entries will be disqualified.

Prize Lot:

Approximate retail value of the Prize is apx $ 160.00 CAD.

The approximate retail value of the Prize Lot may vary based on rates available at the launch date of the Sweepstakes. No alternative value of money or prize will be given if Grand Prize is not accepted by the winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries (fans) at the time and date of each drawing.

City Booze Delivery, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize for something of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable. City Booze Delivery reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to amend or modify the official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Except as identified above, no substitutions will be made. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned, and is not convertible to cash.

The Draw

There will be one scheduled draw March 1st 2010 about 3:00 pm EST in Ottawa , ON , the draw for the Prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries (fans) on that date and at that time. There will be one winning entrant (fan) drawn from all eligible entries (fans) for the drawing.

Winners are eligible to remain a fan of the "City Booze Delivery" face book page and qualify to win in more than one drawing for the duration of the "winter 2009" SENS TICKET GIVAWAY.

The selected entrant will be notified by online messaging using the face book website within approximately three (3) business days of the Draw ("Notification"). City Booze Delivery assumes no responsibility for any inaccurate or incorrect information provided to it, or that results in any way from the transmission, receipt or processing of entries. If the first selected entrant does not respond to City Booze Delivery within three (3) days of first contact City Booze Delivery shall have the right to disqualify that entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry. By entering, you agree that if you are a selected entrant that is disqualified and the Grand Prize is forfeited for any reason, City Booze Delivery shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. City Booze Delivery is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive Notification.

Upon Notification, the selected entrant must, unaided, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

In the event that a selected entrant is unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly, City Booze Delivery shall have the right to disqualify said entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry, and City Booze Delivery shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

If a selected entrant is not eligible or does not otherwise meet the requirements as set out in these SENS TICKET GIVAWAY Rules, City Booze Delivery shall have the right to disqualify said entrant and randomly draw another eligible entry for purposes of awarding the Grand Prize, and City Booze Delivery shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

General Conditions

By entering the SENS TICKET GIVAWAY entrants, selected agree to release and hold harmless City Booze Delivery, its directors, employees, officers, agents and affiliates if any, including, without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, the prize suppliers, from any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons or property, including but not limited to death, resulting in whole or in part directly or indirectly from the acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the awarded Prize, any portion of the Prize.

City Booze Delivery shall not be liable for any human or technical errors that may arise or occur in connection with the SENS TICKET GIVAWAY. City Booze Delivery assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the entries.

City Booze Delivery is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by City Booze Delivery as a result of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading or accessing any materials in this SENS TICKET GIVAWAY.

City Booze Delivery reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SENS TICKET GIVAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, City Booze Delivery RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION
