Deliveries can only be made to residential homes, apartments, rooming homes and hotel rooms. We do not deliver to restaurants or business/offices. Proper picture I.D. must be provided at the time of delivery and a signature given. We reserve the right to make a product substitution without notice in the event that we can not reach client. Our service does not place any markup on LCBO or The Beer Store products. We accept up to 3 individual cases of empty beer bottles and/or cans at the time of delivery. We also reserve the right to limit empty beer bottles and/or cans returns at the time of delivery.

We respect your privacy. Information provided to register on this website will not be released to a 3rd party and will remain secure and private. When you register you are also subscribing to our newsletter that will be sent via email periodically to inform you of any contest or changes to our service or website.

We accept CASH for your delivery at the door, and our operators can process VISA and MASTERCARD payment over the phone when you place your order. Online Gift Order payments must be made using credit card.

Gift deliveries are based on next business day completion times, please ask our sales staff for more information on same day deliveries. Payments for gift deliveries must be made using Visa or MasterCard before delivery can be completed. City booze will attempt to complete all deliveries at a scheduled time but offers no time guarantee for any delivery and will not be held liable for any delays.

Credit card data is not saved or stored by City Booze Delivery at any time. Only trained and professional call center employees will process credit cards at this time using secure servers hosted by PAYPAL.CA.

Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as OCC (Ottawa Call Center)

These conditions are subject to amendment without notice. We reserve the right to serve customers at our discretion. All clients must follow all the conditions listed herein.
